This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff Top-notch guest facilities with attention to every detail Incredible spa area with breathtaking views over the valley Great restaurant with excellent food Outdoor relaxation areas, indoor playground, and a well-equipped gym Very children-friendly: our 3-year-old loved the heated indoor & outdoor swimming pools and the play areas — we all felt very welcome Perfect location for exploring all of Stubai Valley Truly pampering atmosphere – relaxing, comfortable, and memorable It’s beyond words how much it added to our stay. Absolutely worth it – for the spa, the staff, the location, the child-friendliness, and the unique experience. We’re so glad we found it and can only recommend it!

All is brand new, and the used materials are of high quality (doors, tiles, etc.). Our room/ appartement (‘Kreuzjoch’) had a nice porch with direct access to a nice big grass garden which was perfect for the children to play in. The view is amazing as well. We traveled by public transport on arrival, and the tram had a stop very near to the apartment. We took a taxi on the way back to Innsbruck Airport, which is well worth doing as it them just takes 25 minutes (cost 55 euros). The local swimming pool is within walking distance, which also was really nice (clean, warm pool inside & outside, 2 nice water slides, and also had an indoor trampoline par attached to it. All the rest was also nice, such as a VERY friendly owner, reachable by WhatsApp for quick questions / tips, etc. We would definitely recommend to stay there.

We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

Centrally located in Neustift im Stubaital, opposite the Elfer Ski Lift, Apartments Mooshof offers accommodation with free WiFi. We had an amazing time at apartment Mooshof in Stubai. The apartment is brand new and very large. The host Julia was super nice and friendly. Julia helped us with recommendations and suggestions for activities in the valley. The location of the apartment is the best in the Stubai area with great access to all the lifts. In addition, the Stubai card that we got for free saved us a lot of money. We will definitely return to this apartment and we highly recommend it.

Close to bus stop to Innsbruck and Stubai Glacier and all spots in between. Apartment equipped with high quality furnishings and lacked nothing. We would definitely stay here again.
