Opened in May 2016 and offering a rooftop spa area overlooking the surrounding mountains, Ferienwohnungen Guthof is situated in Schattwald, 150 metres from the Wannenjochbahn Cable Car. The location was amazing, the layout of the rooms made you feel like you had come home, we have a 2kg mini dog and they didn't try to give us a different room for her like many other hotels did, they are thurly animal friendly hotel. A stunning location, all very modern and clean with excellent facilities. We travelled to Schwangau in Germany to do the tour of Neuschwanstein Castle and it was a great location at a reasonable price for that. Also very accommodating for our toddler - they provided a travel cot with a little teddy - a nice touch. They also had a few other little touches that were really nice but I won’t spoil the surprise! 😊
