There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment is very cozy, and it is located in Melk's old town, so all the attractions, including the abbey are very close. Melk itself is very beautiful small town; we liked it most out of all towns and cities we visited in Austria.
