The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, although the speed test indicates a range between 30 to 45 Mbps, it did not meet my expectations, and I am unsure why.
