Nice hotel with self checkin after a certain hour. The room was completely new and super clean including bathroom. Internet worked well. There is a private parking lot with only a few places. It's outside of the city centre, but it is easily walkable to the centre. Good value/price ratio.

The owner is very kind and communication was easy and clear. it is walking distance from the centre, in a very quiet area.

The details and access to the apartment from the host were excellent. There was pretty much everything we needed for our stay, apart from a kettle. There is a coffee maker but we drink tea and so I asked the host if the coffee maker would be suitable for only boiling water, yes, but then he messaged later to say he had a kettle and would get it to me the next day, True to his word it was outside the apartment on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and also the sofa was too. There was plenty of hot water, the internet was excellent, the little balcony though very small and narrow for any kind of view, helped to keep the apartment cool and was a fairly nice place to sit for breakfast. There was water provided on arrival and also other supplies like teas, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing items, etc and there were plenty of towels. The washing machine, freezer, microwave, iron, hairdryer were really useful. Being close to Mall Galleria, Lidl, Kaufland, 2 nice parks and plenty of small shops in and around the immediate area is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to come back - hopefully soon. Easy to get to and a very lovely apartment with a great liveable feel. Very clean and fresh—nobody has ever left the airconditioning on for our arrival before, which was absolutely super given the heat. Multiple well-placed power outlets. Our host was a true superhost with unbeatable communication and helpful information relevant to us. Easy walk to places of interest like the Art Gallery and Museum of Religion, and lots of parks nearby. With permission we managed the bikes up a short flight of stairs to keep secure. Quiet. I would stay again.

This apartment is an absolute jewel! The best lodging I’ve had in over six weeks of travel through Romania and Bulgaria. The owners, very kind folks who will help you in any way possible, take great pride in their property, adding many personal touches. The best bed and pillows I’ve had in a long time, excellent washing machine, wonderful shower/bathroom with high quality body products, and lovely towels/dishes, etc. Both the neighbors and neighborhood are quiet, yet you are just steps from the main square with many restaurants/bars snd shops. Great grocery store near the train station , about 7 minutes walking. I’m so thankfully I chose this apartment in Kazanlak, easy to see everything and a much needed rest in a peaceful space. Thank you for a wonderful stay! (Apartment accessible by elevator.)
