The thoughtful touches around the property made my stay even more special. Little details, like a welcome note, complimentary snacks, and carefully curated local recommendations, showed that the hosts genuinely care about their guests' experience. These small gestures went a long way in making me feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and thoughtfully managed place to stay.

The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. The apartment feels larger than 120sqm. Its 250m from a playground. There is a Saturday market next to the playground (which our toddler loved). Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.

Host was kind enough and informative, the apartment was cosy enough and contained everything we needed to relax and prepare simple meals. Apartment was about 15 minutes "enjoyable and scenic" walk to Lugano's centre and very close to the lake, other facilities like a Migros supermarket was nearby too.
