There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was very clean, super responsive hosts who helped out quickly and kindly when we had questions, comfortable beds (two good-sized bedrooms upstairs), good wifi, fenced in/gated parking right in front of unit, compact living area that worked very well and was well-equipped. Easy to find with good directions given by the hostess, on residential street outside of the downtown area.

Friendly and helpful staff who gave us a coffee in the restaurant upon arrival. Comfortable bed, big apartment space. Hot shower, strong WiFi. Kitchen has pots and pans and a kettle. No noise so slept very well. The apartment was a nice temperature and could easily be cooled down with the easy opening large window. Air con available if needed. Short walk to the bus station and ferry port.
