Perfect location, very clean hotel. The metro station was next to the hotel. The staff at the reception was able to speak English. We had 2 corner rooms on the 49th and 51st floor and the view was amazing! I really enjoyed the robot room service!

We stayed there for 15+ days and its third time we are booking the same hotel and were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms , breakfast cuisine and moreover have the cooking options in the room itself.

Sitting on Emerald City Shopping Centre, Somerset Residence offers contemporary apartments with easy access to a wide array of shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets. A very nice, clean, well-equipped hotel. We really liked our apartment, there was nothing missing. It is in a good location, shopping mall, small shops, restaurants. The city center is a little further away, but it is not a problem with a taxi or subway. We will gladly choose this hotel again next time, it was very good.
