So it’s an actual apartment in a residential neighborhood that feels local. It was great having two separate sleeping areas as I was traveling with a friend (upstairs has 1 big bed & 1 small bed, downstairs has the pull out couch). Kind and helpful woman owns the property and stopped by to collect our cash. AND I LOVED THE BALCONY.

Martha was very good but unfortunately asked me to leave a review of 10. I’m afraid I find it important to be honest with reviews. The pool is nice and the apartment was well equipped. Sadly, there are many rules and regulations and I found the security guards to be quite rude.

We loved everything about this apartment! Vivana was so sweet, kind and available when we needed her! The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the birds at the bird feeders in the garden! Highly recommend!
