The apartments are so beautiful and you feel at home as soon as you enter it. It’s made with much love and has a beautiful design. The location is of course a bit off but you have 2 restaurants in walking distance and so many nice beaches around. Out of all my accommodations I had in CR this was my favorite. Also the owner is just the best person ever! Such a warmhearted, funny woman, always there to help if you need anything! :))

Julia and Paulo are amazing hosts - they have a very small gated property with beautiful gardens and pool; we received an upgrade to an apartment with kitchen which was amazing; loved getting to know Jammin the Vietnamese pet pig and his 2 dog-cousins; appreciated the AC and soft beds (contrasted with very hard beds in other CR accommodations). they made us a lovely breakfast on day 1 ($10US each) then we cooked for ourselves. mostly we enjoyed relaxing by the pool as we had the property all to ourselves for the first day. groceries were easily purchased nearby.

Beautiful rental in the middle of greenery, perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility in a natural setting. Clean and bright space. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is spotless clean and well equipped. Secure parking is available. Nice and quiet beach is within 10 minutes drive. The terrace offered a stunning view of the ocean, serving as the perfect backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The host family is super helpful, friendly, and discreet, responding immediately to all our questions and requests (leaving nearby) We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Casas del Toro Playa Flamingo is located 1 km from Flamingo beach and 4 km from Conchal beach. It features an extensive garden with swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout.

The rooms and apartments offer modern décor, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, cable TV and views of the garden or the pool. The bathrooms are private and come with free toiletries. Our stay with Casas del Toro was fantastic. Due to weather issues and airport closures were uncespectedly stuck in Costa Rica for 3 more nights than we planned. Casas del Toro was incredibly accomodating, allowing us to extend our stay and providing significant kindness at a very stressful time. The property is gated which made it feel very safe. It is a beautiful, well maintained property. We enjoyed listening to the birds and looking at the many orchids. The room was large, clean, comfortable with everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great to keep us cool. The location was minutes away from the beach and a grocery store. We drove to Potrero, Tamarindo, Brasilito and Las Catalinas with ease from the location. We were only able to enjoy the pool once due to the weather but it was lovely.
