Location is very convenient, near many good places to eat and at a walking distance to the center.

The aparthotel offers a sun terrace. Guests also have access to the Museum of Illusions located in the accommodation building. Everything was great. It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

Perfect location - close to everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the in-room amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. We had two balconies ( 5A). We were allowed to smoke in one balcony.The view from the balconies was amazing. Every morning The host brought us a breakfast basket. It was a nice gesture with orange juice, eggs, warm bagels, jam, coffee, tea, cheese, pork, tomatoes and cucumbers. On the fourth floor there is s washing machine and some detergent so you can wash your clothes if needed. There is minimarket just at the ground floor. The prices at the market are affordable. The big superstores are about 1.5 km away. You can borrow umbrella from Madonna apt.

The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The attention to detail was outstanding

We stayed at Charlie a total of 7 nights although our visit was broken up. The hosts went out of their way to assist us with a scheduling problem - they were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is just off the main square on the third floor of a historic building. The apartment is lovely, with a big, comfortable kitchen which lets onto a large terrace. It is clean and modern. We look forward to staying at Charlie again if we visit Cheb.
