Very large and felt like we had our own house right in the middle of the town. The proprietors were very kind and you could tell they loved their place as did we. We ate downstairs at the owner’s son‘s restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. They are very kind. Michelin star service but still had a fun casual vibe. The photo I included of a building is not the townhouse but just wanted to show the beautiful mountains views in Mittenwald.

Das Ludwig-Haus Hochland was the perfect place to stay in Garmich-Partenkirchen. The apartment was well appointed and extremely clean. The host was very kind and responsive.
