Staff is super friendly, kind and helpful (special thanks to Marko!), the room is comfortable, very clean, and the house is in the middle of old the town. Cannot ask for more. We decided to stay there again whenever we go to Mainz.

Lovely cosy accomodation which was not too far from Koblenz while being quiet and serene at the same time.

The room was very well equipped and we asked for early check-in and late check-out and these were granted, we also asked for a fan as it was an extremely hot weekend and a brand new fan was waiting for us in the apartment. Everything was there that we needed even washing powder and dishwashing tablets. The unit is a relatively quick walk from the Koblenz Hbf where you will find many buses that will take you to the Altstadt and DE Eck.

Easy walk to the town with a selection of excellent restaurants and a great place to explore Ahr Valley a bit further (we did a walk through the local vineyards for example).

Even 2 small wine bottle and Farm Milch! Beautiful apartment, fare price. A set of tabletop games is in place(in German). The owner speaks English <3
