Prime location right near Carolina Park, loads of restaurants and easy walking distance to both Quicentro and El Jardin malls. Apartment was furnished with very nice decor, premium finishes-seemed new. Very clean and freshly scented upon walking in, smelled like cookies! :-) Security guards were very helpful with access to floor on elevator each time we needed to access. We were not sure if our stay included access to the Terrace level or not, but we had friends in the building who brought us up there and it is stunning! If guests can access it, please let them know. Loved that it was pet-friendly, we will consider staying again when we need to visit Quito in the future.

Hos Mi Margarita Chalets i Alausí er der bjergudsigt og en have. Der er privat parkering på stedet. Beautiful, spacious, clean, clutter free chalets. Set back from the road in a quiet, secure space. There is a cute little attached restaurant that serves large, delicious, well priced breakfasts. This place was a great find in the middle of a very interesting little town full of culture. Also for some reason this town is not affected by the power cuts so 24 hours of electricity. I highly recommend.

The hosts were very prompt in communication & the apartment is ideally located in Old Town. Everything is walking distance. It’s in a very secure complex with balconies overlooking an interior courtyard - little glimpses of great vistas of the hill & angel. The apartment was very well equipped. Hot water, wifi &’kitchen were great. Many restaurants in Old Town close by sunset, so preparing meals was a good option. There’s also a washing machine. The hosts were incredible. They met us & gave us a detailed directory to Quito that was very helpful. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There’s a lot of attention to detail - guidebooks are available in Spanish, English & German. Maps &’other resources. The kitchen is complete - pots, pans, full fridge, etc. I can’t imagine a better home base for exploring the city!

The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

Very well kept, clean and comfortable. Eggs, ham, cheese and fruit are delivered every day. Bed was comfortable along with pillows. Water is hot through the modern showering system. No dining facilities but literally steps from great restaurants. Joz attended to anything you needed...nothing was too much trouble. We even had hot croissants the day we left as we were leaving really early. Highly recommended!

The apartment was modern, beds were very comfortable, it was also very clean. It had everything we needed and more. Windows could easily open to allow fresh air! My son got a cold and I had to stay in the apartment with him most of the time which I didn’t mind because we were very comfortable and the view was also beautiful! It was also very well lighted. The terraced views were beautiful too. My son even wished to stay longer and so did I because this apartment set a very high standard that was not met at our next hotel reservation in Mindo. We definitely recommend this apartment. Our host was also very helpful and organized! I’m especially thankful that what we saw in the pictures was what we got. The location was also great! We tried delicious breads just across the street and delicious restaurants nearby! It also had security in the hotel and all the area surrounding it. We felt very safe.
