We really loved the location. It is definitely not in the heart of all of the touristy sights but that’s what we loved. It was very quiet and away from all of the hubbub. We used the Valenbisi app and biked all over town (there’s a station steps away from the apartments). Just a quick little bike ride gets you to the beautiful Turia Park which can take to all the sights you want to see. And afterwards we got to hang out in our neighborhood with the locals. It was really the best of both worlds. Plus there’s a grocery store, bakery, fruit stand, laundry mat, and coffee shop all within walking distance. We had a rental car that sat in the garage the whole time because we never needed it ( the parking garage is clean and easy to navigate after a bit of a steep entrance). Also, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances but no spices or oils. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Great pressure. Would stay again for sure.

A brand-new apartment in a new building. We stayed in a ground floor apartment, however the apartment had big windows to allow the daylight to come in. It was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy.

I liked everything; the room and facilities. It had a TV, couch, a kitchenette and its paraphernalia, a separate room. It was gave an independent studio apartment vibe with a safe self-check in and nice staff members who assist you in case you need something. It was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Offering city views, Ramirez Flats Valencia is set in the El Pla del Real district of Valencia, less than 1 km from Turia Gardens and a 17-minute walk from Jardines de Monforte. We liked everything! We travel quite a lot and I would say that this aparthotel is on if the best we have ever lived in. Good central location, but it still quiet and cosy, new modern rooms equipped with all the necessary things both for the short and long stays, very friendly staff. Daily room cleaning + 2 bottles of still water. For those who prefers cooking, the kitchen is well equipped incl. dish washing machine. Definitely recommend this place!

Located in Valencia, near Central Market of Valencia, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados and González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and Decorative Arts, Macflats Ayuntamiento features free... Everything. Beds were comfy including the sofa bed. Lovely balconies with a lot of sun. Air conditioning in flat plus fans in bedrooms. Breakfast shops next to the flat entrance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
