The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

The accommodation is non-smoking. Cute little cocoon just steps from the old town. Beautiful and well equipped. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Wifi was stable, comfortable bed, good water pressure, safe and nice area. It doesn’t have parking but I left my car at the Parking Chevene (5min walk) and they charged me only 21€ for 8 nights. Look forward to coming back.

We also appreciated the little things left by the staff so you don't find yourself in need of urgent items such as trash bags, dishwasher products as well as bathroom essential needs.
