The Manager has kindly arranged to change us to another room with better air-conditioning, that we appreciated much. . We are very happy with the arrangement. We could use the laundry facility. We enjoyed the wellness facilities as well. The staff are nice.

The property has an outdoor dining area. It was only 10 minutes walk from the city center, and was very spacious, had everything we needed. Our host, Ruby was exceptional. Very helpful, she was on top of everything to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped, there were coffee and tea and some snacks ready for us.

The apartment itself was wonderful…renovated with modern amenities, plenty of space, it actually felt like we lived there. Very clean and nicely decorated! It’s on the first floor so a very easy walk up the stairs especially when you have a lot or heavy luggage. The check in/check out process was very easy! Our hosts checked in on us during our stay which we appreciated. We were greeted with bottles of water and a a bottle of wine upon our check in which was a very lovely gesture - Merci!
