I really appreciated the staff that helped me on check-in. Jasmin and Michael notably. They did their utmost best to accommodate me on my early check-in as well as granting my room request to a different floor and also quieter. There were a couple of hen nights happening that weekend and I asked if they could put me on a quieter floor which they did. I really appreciated the consideration. The room was a perfect size for a me (solo traveller). Comfie bed, ample amount of space to move around and also very quiet. The reception area which is on the 9th floor looked nice and chill. There's a bar and restaurant there. I didn't have the opportunity to check it out myself but when I popped in quickly, it looked really cool and chill. Great location as well! About an 8 minute walk to the Arndale area. It's located right next to China Town area in case you love Asian cuisine. :)

We went to a concert at the o2 apollo, so the location was perfect. Very cosy apartment with everything you might need. The area felt safe and secure. I wish we could’ve spent more days there and will definitely be coming back! It is genuinely my favorite place i have ever stayed at.

This is one of the nicest apt we have ever stayed at. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The furnishings are new and very attractive.
