The description of the apartment on booking.com was entirely accurate and was just amazing. There was some milk, biscuits and chocolates left for our arrival which was a lovely touch as was the board games/dvd's in the reception area.

After a freezing day in the Peaks we drove into Taddington. Another stone house village of many we passed through. We were hugely surprised with the apartment above the pub. It was newly renovated, huge, very quiet (because of the thick walls) and had a great kitchen and the best shower of our trip around the UK. Highly recommended!!! The pub was quaint and had fabulous meals.
