Everything around was beautiful, beach is just a few meters away, room was clean and tidy. they have a big terrace on the third floor overlooking to the beach and its just another picturesque place.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and offered excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Their friendly and attentive nature made a significant difference in our overall experience. Overall, this small hotel in Ureki exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is truly excellent. First of all, it’s new and absolutely spotless. Everything is provided for comfort — from napkins and towels to a kettle, and full kitchenware. There is even a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, not a tiny mini-fridge, which was a big plus. The room is very cozy, and the layout is so well designed that it actually feels more spacious than the square meters listed on Booking. The bedding was perfectly clean, soft, and comfortable. The balcony was simply fantastic — we were lucky to have a little swing there, which made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. You can have your meals either inside or out on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and the forest. It was also very warm inside, even though we stayed in November (around November 20-th), so the room temperature was always comfortable. The hosts deserve special appreciation — they are incredibly hospitable people. They even organized a barbecue and invited us to join, and we enjoyed delicious fish and vegetables. Their hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. Overall, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

The price is absolutely great for both the location and the conditions, which are really at a high level. In addition, the owner was so kind that he taped and covered the outdoor lamp (lantern) with something so that it would not shine in the window at night. Besides, due to the fact that after a month of stay we had a plan to go on a month-long trip to other regions of Georgia, the owner allowed us to leave all our things with him. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

The highlight was definitely the private deck, where we enjoyed many relaxing mornings and sunsets. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, Black Sea Gemini is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in a prime location. Highly recommended!

It's a villa within a complex. The pool was great. The hosts where very kind and did all they could to help make our stay better. Their is parking inside the yard which is very important since the complex is on the main street. The place near the black sea which is great.
