This place was great -- the hosts are quite friendly, communicative and helpful. The place is sparkling clean and spacious. It's outside of the center of town, so it's quiet, but it's very easy and fast to get into town. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sighnaghi.

Everything we needed was provided, and the apartment had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our host was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future! Perfect for a relaxing getaway—10/10!

I’ve stayed at 100+ guesthouses, hotels and hostels in my life. Alex’s home is easily in the top 2 that I’ve had the privilege of staying in. It’s a beautiful property, newly renovated with all the amenities you’d expect in a modern home (that means your temperature control, water pressure, private kitchen, massive bathroom, etc. is perfect), yet with 200+-year-old character. What separates this guesthouse from all others is Alex’s hospitality, worldview and knowledge of his country. When my family member developed a high, persistent fever, Alex graciously took us to a local hospital where he navigated the bloodwork, x-rays and prescriptions so that they could better. He also connected us with a local home winery where we drank incredible wine and ate the best pork kebab we have ever had, and we’ve spent a lot of time in the Caucasus. As well, he drove as around to the most significant churches and monasteries in the region, creating unforgettable memories. It was a privilege talking with Alex, and learning his experiences working as a human rights commissar in Mexico, a strange career for a Georgian native, until you get to know him and his passions. When I return to Georgia, I’ll definitely do out of my way to stay here again.

There are two bedrooms able to accommodate up to 5 persons, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom that also has a washing machine. Overall it makes perfect for Dedoplis Tskaro stay considering the lack of restaurants. House has a small grape garden with gazebo and ducks in the back of the host house. Should be lovely in the summer evening after a long day in Vashlovani. The price is highly affordable and provides a lot of value.
