We had a late spontaneous check-in, the owner sent detailed instructions how to get into the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Gari was very responsive to our requests and went beyond what he was supposed to do, appreciated! Though the apartment isn't in a central spot, it's conveniently located and the city isn't that big. The apartment is brand new and very nice. It is well equipped and Vitali is an excellent host, he even shared some of his homemade wine with us! The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at the time of our stay but Vitali offered the use of a local SIM card to use as a hotspot. The apartment is located outside of the main town, it is possible to walk but it is a bit far, especially to Central Park. we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. the apartment has a playground right next to it so it was great for the kids. the view is awesome from the balcony. the building is still under construction (as of June 2023) so the elevator wasn’t operational yet and there’s construction noise/debris etc. however it didn’t disrupt us at all. for the price and quality of the apartment, it is one of a kind and we would definitely stay here again.

It's a full apartment/house with all the amenities that you need. The hosts (I think they were the hosts parents) don't speak English but went above and beyond to accommodate me. Lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Outdoors there is a beautiful setting chairs with campfire and barbecue spot. Very beautiful view. Very helpful, kind and polite staff and owners. Communication by owner and staff is exceptional, they are there to help as much as they can. Highly recommended 10/10 Stayed an extra night because we loved the place so much.
