The place is very nicely located and you can walk to the city attractions. It's absolutely clean and perfect. But above all, the landlord and his family are very warm and kind. They made our experience in Tbilisi unique by their hospitality. The fresh Georgian bread they bought us in the morning, the wine they kindly offered and so much more. I would go back to the same apartment if I decide to visit Tbilisi again!

Samson (the host) met as at the airport when our flight arrived very early in the morning and gave us a ride to the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location just south of Liberty Square. It was extremely clean and well equipped for a long stay, including kitchen amenities and a washing machine. Samson offered to help us with anything we needed and arranged a very early morning taxi ride to the airport when our stay was over. The host responds quickly to questions through Whatsapp.

Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I managed to take advantage of the sauna this time around and highly recommend! (not sure how I skipped that during last year's stay!) The beds are hands down the best I've slept in in Tbilisi after several trips to the city, which is notorious for a plenitude of Soviet-era spring torture devices passed off as mattresses. The owner really made the right choice to put proper mattresses in. And Keti who manages all the daily affairs is absolutely awesome and sweetheart of a human : )
