Nothing is ever perfect, but if anything comes very close to it, then this is it ! We’ll laid out, functional, and probably the very best ever host-welcome booklet! One immediately can see how much thought the owner has put in to put this together! It was so well organised, from Bathroom to Kitchen/Living Space to Bedroom, that we wished to have stayed longer. (Especially now that we are in Naples and see the worst ever) But seriously, meticulously planned and executed this is what we can truly call a Home! And especially almost everything is provided for, there was little left to want! Those truly small issues that needed attention were immediately either resolved, or comment well received, pro-active and caring! That is what anyone can ever wish for! Our stay at the baroness was great! The housing itself was stylish, spacious and its location was very convenient in the heart of Kalamata city. The main pedestrian street of Kalamata is passing by in front of the house. This didn‘t cause any problem for us, as the room was well soundproof. The hostess was really friendly and provided us with nice suggestion. Extra plus the tasting of local spirits.

It's a short 10 mins drive from the city - but we only went to the city once and it was enough. Located right next to the best beach, and beach bars. The view at any time of the day is fantastic and you can hear the sea (sometimes people and music). The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Note if you are unable to carry suitcase there is a few stairs to walk up with the suitcases.

The parking lot is private and separated. You can see the first beaches from the terrace and by car it takes a minute or two. On the terrace there is a wonderful view of Kalamata. In the morning you can drink coffee in the shade because of the nicely positioned terrace. And in the evening to watch a beautiful sunset. Hot water was available 24 hours a day. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The air conditioner is new, but the space is insulated, so you can do without it if you don't like it. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It looks even more beautiful in person. If you need anything, the host will provide it. He helped us a lot because it was our first time in Kalamata with advice on where to park and what to see. Given that we have stayed in more than 20 accommodations in Greece, this one is the best we have ever had.
