The place is brand new, fancy and squeaky clean. The room has a view on the Palamidi Castle and it's very close to the city center. Can't get any better than this!

Located in the center of Kalamata, with shops and restaurants in a walking distance. The music and film playing at the entrance gave an extra welcoming and cosy atmosphere until we got to our apartment. Both the room and the hotel were new and very clean and very comfortable. The room itself was exceptional, with AC and temperature settings that could easily be set for anyone's comfort (I prefer cool with a bit of breeze - which the AC accommodates; my wife likes it warmer; both of us were happy). Our room was next to the pool (Junior Suite), which we made use of with our 11 year old son -- who was very happy to use it. The pool is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, which is a bit later than most places. The reception and staff were very friendly, and happy to help with any needs. Overall, I would recommend Anima, and would stay there again in the event.
