The property has mountain and garden views, and is a few steps from Kokkari Beach. The aparthotel features family rooms. We stayed here for 4 nights. Thanks to the hospitality of Maria and Kiki we had a very nice stay. Our room was very clean, air conditioned with balcony, a few seconds away from Kokkari Beach. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Thanks to Maria's suggestions we went to the most beautiful places of the island. If I come again, I won't stay anywhere else.

We had the best time at Hokkum Studios in Kokkari! The accommodation was more than we expected! Mary & Frank welcomed us with open arms when we arrived (to early for check in). Mary showed us the room and had a personal list ready with sights/beaches to visit during our stay. We told her to take her time cleaning the room as we arrived about 3 hours early for check-in anyway, but within about an hour we got a call that the room was ready anyway (and really clean! Not rushed and still half dirty). The room was cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated. There was also a welcome present and a minibar (€1 a drink + 2 free bottles of water). The location was ideal, within about 5 minutes you would be at all the restaurants, shops and small beaches around the harbour, or at long beach. There are multiple small supermarkets in the street/streets surrounding and also a bakery, butcher, pharmacie and multiple car rentals within about 5 minutes distance. During our stay Mary & Frank always were ready to answer questions, help us with booking a taxi/transfer, give recommendations, or just a nice talk in the morning before leaving for the day. This was all together one of the best accommodations I stayed at! Would highly recommend!
