Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. Friendliest staff, authentic place, spacious, clean, great location, it just got everything. Also if your ferry arrives in midnight no need to worry because they wait for you(but better to come in early so they could goto bed). About 5mins walk to main Fira bus stop.

Very beautiful, modern, small hotel. The staff were amazing, we even got our room earlier than expected because we arrived early in the morning. They also store your luggage after check out if needed. The room has everything you need - even a hairdrier and iron. The location is great. 2 min away from the bus station, so if you arrive from the airport you can walk to the accommodation. Its alo close to restaurants, very close to view points of calderas. The pool area is nice as well.

The hotel is perfectly placed in Imerovigli, quiet yet close to the famous sunsets, luxurious yet warm and welcoming. Every corner is immaculate, every detail thoughtful offering a sunrise view so magical you can admire from your bed. But what makes this place truly special is the people: Eleftheria, always available even from afar, and the housekeepers, kind and caring, who went above and beyond from helping me rent a car to assisting me when my ferry was suddenly canceled. This isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience of beauty, serenity, and genuine hospitality. I recommend it with all my heart. 🌿✨

It doesn’t get much better than this property! Service was lovely, apartments are so clean and fresh. They clean the rooms every 2 days and provided the extra touches like fruit and cake on arrival.
