Our room had a big terrace with a view at the sea surrounded by a nice kept garden, perfect beach is just 1 minute walk down the hill , breakfast is sufficient and coffee is nice. Our room was kept very clean everyday, the bed was big and comfy. Our host Dimitri was very nice, helpful and funny person. I hope I will be back sometimes.

While there are trash bins outside, the soundproofing is good, so it was never an issue. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to the main street. "My daughter and I recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at the Neapolis21 Premium Keys , and it was truly a delightful experience. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was not only spacious and modern designed but also impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, view from the balcony didn't matter to us. You still can sit outside and enjoy coffee or drink offered by stuff. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, ensuring our room was always pristine. It was centrally located, but still far away from city noises making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and cultural sites within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible for further excursions. Excellent WI-FI connection. We had an amazing time at the Neapolis21 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service. We look forward to our next visit!" The accommodation is beautiful, the pool is amazing. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and amazing air-conditioning. Location is fabulous, 10 minute walk to town (no hills or steps) and a 3 minute walk to bus stop 3. The family who run the hotel are lovely people, extremely helpful. There is a little cafe/bar, very reasonably priced and the drinks and food are wonderful. It is very quiet and relaxing. If I didn't live on the other side of the world I would be back next year. I would highly recommend this accommodation
