Location was 5 minutes away from the beach and city center. The room chosen by us was small but it has everything we wanted and it was perfectly designed, exactelly as in pictures. Everything was new and beautiful. I liked the fact that they have an elevator plus small tables in the garden for a drink with familly/friends/breakfast etc.

It is within walking distance of all the restaurants and cafe's as well as the port. Georgia was very sweet. She came with her car to take us to the hotel, showed us many things on the way and was very helpful about minor issues that arose on the first day.

We used the accommodation only for overnight stay on our way from the Czech Republic to Crete and I must say that we enjoyed this short stay very much. There is absolutely nothing to fault with the accommodation and the communication of the host, everything in the apartment is clean, well equipped and everything works great. The terrace is absolutely amazing. The street is not quiet, but the view is into the treetops and we slept very well. Because we have a bigger car, I was concerned about parking. Even the SUV fits in the drive and parking and there is more room in the garage than I expected, but literally within inches was the drive through several streets leading to the accommodation. If the cars were a few inches harder to park, I probably wouldn't have made it through. But that was probably because of the way the satnav was guiding me. Rousveld Street needs to be entered at the beginning, as it is wide enough. However, the satnav took me to 10 Οικονόμου εξ Οικονόμων, which I don't recommend entering with a larger car. If I had known this it would have saved me a lot of stress. Larissa is a very pleasant town and from this accommodation it is really only a short walk to the main square. I recommend this accommodation.

The exceptional host, friendly and helpful, thought of every detail in the furnishing and the needs of each guest. Private parking is a special advantage for guests with a car. Highly recommended.

Although it may be a bit small for a family of four, it still fully met our needs for a three-day stay. Particular attention has been paid to the layout of the apartment as well as to some products such as coffee, milk, tea, butter, etc.... which can be very useful. The self check-in was easy. Enough parking space in front of the apartment. The location is 5 minutes from the center of Larissa, where you can find many restaurants and coffee bars. All in all, a great accommodation and a good host for all those planning to visit Larissa.
