Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is available. Bačvice Beach can be reached in a 15-minute walk. Host met us as we drove in. Helped us with where to park our car, where in a busy city like Split we would have had trouble knowing where to leave it as we traveled for two days. The host were excellent.

Despite its central location it's very quiet as property is situated in a small "garden like" space inside another building. Property has been visibly renovated a while ago. Excellent communication with the host. Comfy beds, hot running water and new clean towel placed at the end of our second day during our stay.

He's so kind and considerate. He even wrote a welcome note in Korean :) The location is right in front of the old town and the beautiful ocean. It was a wonderful trip. I highly recommend it.

Also close to various supermarkets. There's a playground behind the building that our 7 year old enjoyed. Equiped with everything needed. The host was accomodating and pleasant to talk to.
