Very cosy, comfortable apartment. We rented the downstairs apartment, which has a nice terras with view on the town of Korcula. Easy walk to Korcula and nearby beach. Friendly owners as well.

It's a big, nice and comfortable apartment in a very good location to the old town and supermarkets. The owners are very nice and generous to treat us the fruits in the yard. Good value and recommended.

Amazing apartment in a top location. Entirely new place with all modern facilities. The location is just top and really close to the water. Mark is a super nice host and is also offering to use his paddle boards which the entire family loved. The bay is very calm and islands are easily reachable. Highly recommend this place on korcula island !!

Impeccable studio apartment with beautiful touches and everything you could need, including a clothes line right outside of the window! Perfectly located in the old town with hosts on site should you need anything. The A/C came in handy in July, and the surrounding area was so quiet and tranquil so we could sleep with the windows open if we wanted to. Adored the woman in the apartment with the cats below us! Felt just like home and I hope to return if we're lucky enough to return to Korcula! FYI: the easiest way to access the apartment (which you need to do on foot), is walk towards the old town on the tree-lined (eastern edge) side of the city (where all the restaurants are)--as soon as you pass the restaurant "Aurora" take a left up the little street (involves steps as all the walkways do!) At the top of the "street" you'll pass by the door of the apartment, but continue to find the owners store on the right side to pick up your keys :)

I wish i could have stayed longer!!! Amazing value for money, clean, great facilities. Walkable to old town. Called upon arriving and was met within a minute. Would highly recommend.

This was our favorite place we stayed during our whole 3 week trip through Croatia. Leda is such a great host, she has designed and organized everything with such thought and care, it felt really livable and there was not a single thing we felt we needed but didn’t have (there were even rubber bands in the drawers!). Cute chocolates on the pillows, adorable hand carved figurines, super comfortable bedding and an amazing outdoor terrace with gorgeous sea views and a cute kitten that would stop by and say hello. If you are on the fence about this place, just book it! You will love it!

Set right in front of the sea about 2.5 km from the centre of Račišće, Kis Residence - Adults Only offers a sun terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers. This place is like a dream! The whole island is just so beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing and calm. The pool is super to chill and swim in the afternoon. The breakfast is super nice and tasty, with special thanks to Claudia who was always a lovely host every morning :) and great coffee too!! (Very important) Do make sure to get a car or motorbike to really be able to explore the island.
