I actually would move in any time.. location is absolutely the most centre and you have all amenities inside the flat, love the shower the two beds super cosy, ladder is large enough also. Small patio is perfect for smokers and for me to dry some clothes..

Huge air conditioner. Pleasant temperature waited for us when we came from the hot outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen. (electric kettle, coffee maker, electric cooktop, fridge, cutlery, all crockery set for kitchen...etc) Bed is comfortable and king size. Duvet covers and towels are clean. Bathroom is large, beautiful and spotlessly clean.
