The location is fantastic with easy access to the central parts of Jakarta. The room is very comfortable and the facilities including the gym and pool are great. The local cafe in the lobby is also just perfect.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. Room was spacious and clean. Location was very close to a big mall. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Located a 15-minute drive from Jakarta Convention Centre, Ascott Kuningan Jakarta offers modern apartments featuring an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi connection in public areas. Service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Location also is fantastic with direct access to Lotte Mall. Facilities all looked clean and well maintained. Some hand sanitizer spilled in the elevator and a few minutes later when we took the same lift, it was already cleaned. We liked the layout of the 3 BR - a nice big dining table and a nested pair of coffee tables along with a sofa and a couple of armchairs. There's a bonus third bathroom near the washing area if the guests don't mind a squatting toilet and using a bidet spray as a hand shower, which is nice to shorten prep time in the mornings. The office nook is tucked in so you don't get any view but it also means no desk interfering when entertaining guests. The terrace had ample space.

Located 3 km from Plaza Indonesia shopping centre, Fraser Residence Sudirman Jakarta features an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. A kids' pool and playground are also available. Wonderful stay! The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant team for their warm service and the delicious cappuccino — the best we had in Jakarta!
