Wonderful 4-night stay. The owner and staff are super kind and welcoming. The apartment was so functional--I can see why it can also be rented long-term. Favorite thing was probably the hammock and view of the lake, as well as the convenience of the vegetarian restaurant!

Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Place is very convenient, easy to ascess everywhere. There is car free day every sunday and it was fun to join. Room were nice and clean.

Very friendly host that helped a lot with organising my day activities. Even though I don't speak Indonesian (which caused the communication to be a little bit harder), they still helped me in every possible way. Big highlight is the bed in the accommodation, that is so soft like you are sleeping on a cloud! I can highly recommend the accommodation, I had a lovely stay!

Nice room, great outside bathroom and a very nice terrace with a swimming pool just in front of the ocean and surfspot. We will come back!

Prime location . Easy to go every where. Attached to deli mall. Very clean. There is microwave, washing machine. Sunway drinking machine. Induction cooker. Cooker hood. Big refrigerator. Kitchen accesorries set. Comfortable bed. They provide body wash and shampoo. There is gym and swimming pool . The most important thing i got 2 set of apartment key. This is the best apartment i ever stay in Medan. I will stay again if i visit Medan.

We came to this hotel after a bad experience on another homestay and were so happily surprised. The location, the beautiful beach, the people (shoutout to Cia who was super welcoming and lovely), they attended to our every need and made really good and fresh food for us everyday. Breakfast was also very good with hot dishes like pancakes and eggs. We had a lot of fresh cut fruit every morning. They cleaned our room everyday and changed the sheets which was awesome. The pool is so pretty, definitely a plus in the Mentawais. Also, shoutout to robin the hotel dog who made our stay even better! We have nothing but good things to say about Nasara and hope to come back in the near future 😊
