In the kitchen you will find all necessary equipment for cooking. WiFi was working well, no issues at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally there is a possibility to park a car in the outdoor parking or garage. In overall I would definitely recommend this place, we stayed for 4 nights and very pleasantly surprised.

Brightly coloured and spacious, the apartments here are air conditioned and soundproofed. Each one offers a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. It was big suprise for us, very comfortable and clean. Good place. 10 minutes by tram into city centre.

Apartments have all been completely renovated. Guests will find a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a dishwasher and tea/coffee maker. Most apartments offer a view of the cathedral. This was perhaps our favorite stay during our trip, the apartment is gorgeous with painted ceilings, very spacious, two bathrooms and everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the location was super central and very easy to find and get to. The view from the window looking at the duomo was spectacular!! Our Florence renaissance dreams really did come true staying at Palazzo Gamba.

This was our second stay at the property. It is a great location right in the centre of Florence with a fabulous view over Piazza Signoria.

Best location, the apartment was in the heart of the city and very close to Duomo and all other attractions. Apartment was very spacious and the overall look and the feel was awesome. Orsolya was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. She was very quick in responding to our questions. Will surely recommend this to others. The property had the elevator which made things even better. Overall we had a great stay at Deservi Charming!!
