Amazing bathroom and great shower. Fast wifi and nice smart tv. Convenient and safe parking. Very happy overall!

Absolutely stunning apartment, very high end fittings and looks brand new. The quality of the furnishings are exceptional with no expense spared. The hosts are very helpful and the key hand over was painless. Great parking behind secure electric gates with lift access. A truly exceptional property, probably the best I've used on the booking.com website. Mountain views and very central to Como itself. The apartment is next to The Hilton so it's clearly in a great location. Highly recommended.

A full kitchen and living room with a TV. The bathroom is a good size and even has a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

It is situated on a crowded street but in a backyard, so not noisy at all. Bus stops near it. The first floor is convenient for people who is difficult to climb many stairs for. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a long stay and furnished with a good taste. The host speaks english and is very responsive and flexible, if possible (Thank you, Mario). You can find extra gestures of hospitality inside, which is impressive and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend the place.

A very elegant, comfortable, cozy and modern solution not far from the city center. Every room is also a little set exhibition with paintings made by the host, Axel, a super nice guy, very kind and always available to help us.

Everything was wonderful - so much space compared to a hotel room. These are recently renovated apartments and the high quality finishes of the materials is evident yet the old world feel of the place is still there. The stairs that leads up to the apartments is most likely the orignal stone that was there previously which has all been cleaned up and reinstated. We stayed in Apartment 2 (a one bed apartment) and I would recommend this one simply for the thin balcony off the apartment at the front of the building. A nice surprise (as it was 34C when we were there) is the air conditioned shared space that greets you when you enter the hallway. Air con is provided in the apartments also that you can control yourself, but we found by following the suggestions for keeping the apartment cool we did not need to use the air con at all during our week long stay. Sofa in the living area converts to a bed and the clothes racks/storgage off the bedroom is fantastic - there has been some great use of space in the planning of these rooms. The shared laundry room is also fantastic - works on a trust system (leave €5 for using the facilities) but laundry detergent and clothes airers and pegs are provided for your use so well worth the cost. Parking facilities can be provided on request at extra cost but are well worth the fee - parking spaces are individual fully secured spaces in an underground (out of the heat) location about 2 minutes (120m) walk from the front door of the apartment.
