It's clean, tidy, the pool is surrounded by 100-year-old olive trees, location good for discovering both - Umbria and Toscana. The host is very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely come back with our family next year. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.

Everything from the check-in to the small details inside the apartment was perfectly arranged, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described, but the owner’s support truly made the difference. They were always available, kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism – I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Very nice apartment close to Trasimeno lake. San Feliciano was a nice small village. We spent 3 days and this was a great palce to travel around Umbria. The apartment was perfectly fitted with everything we need. There was a private parking place. Very much recommended.
