But beware google maps does not work well there so our arrival 5-10 minute walk ended up taking an hour after walking in circles. This is not a hotel but a residential/apt. setting. Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great tips for local spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

The location and the neighberhood is very nice and very practical. A lot of small nice restaurants, cafes, forno and convinience stores. The host Luna was very welcoming and on top of her job. She was very helpful in terms of airport shuttling. The door locks are a bit tricky, but dont stress. The place is spacious for Rome, very nicely decorated (as in the pictures). Buses to downtown are next door and Metro stations 10min walk.
