The team at Numa clearly cares about the guest experience, and it shows. Communication was easy and responsive, and everything was smooth and stress-free. We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is great—while it’s not directly in the busy tourist center, it’s only about a 10-minute walk to metro stations and just 30 minutes to the Colosseum, making it very convenient for sightseeing while still feeling like a local neighborhood. I used earplugs at night, so I can’t comment on the outside noise, but I had no issues sleeping comfortably. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and extremely well-equipped—perfect not only for a short stay but also ideal for longer visits. It had everything we needed and more, which made us feel right at home. The design is tasteful and thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail in both decor and functionality. The beds were very comfortable—even the sofa bed exceeded my expectations and provided a great night’s sleep. There are several cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner, which added to the convenience. The host was exceptional—very responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout the stay. Communication was smooth, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. A special touch I really appreciated was the welcome bottle of prosecco in the fridge—it was such a lovely surprise after arriving. On top of that, the host kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for us (3 adults) at a reasonable price. The service was clean, timely, and made our departure stress-free. As a final, personal gesture that touched me deeply, the host offered me a beautiful pasta recipe coffee table book to take home as a gift after I mentioned how much I loved it. It’s rare to find such a well-rounded and heartwarming experience—thank you for making our trip to Rome so memorable❤️. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit.
