As soon as you entered the room, you could immediately sense the smell of cleanliness and freshness. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rome’s central station, Termini. The owner was very attentive and kind, always trying to accommodate every possible request. The instructions for entering and reaching the apartment were clear and detailed, making it easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to find their way, no matter the time of arrival.

Great location, the facilities were comfortable and the staff very welcoming. In addition, they have one of the best rooftops in Rome ☺️

Babuino 79 is located in a 16th-century building in Rome's Spagna quarter. It offers self-catering accommodation, some with views of nearby Via Margutta. A great and safe location, just a 3-minute walk from Spagna Metro Station. The room is clean and cozy, with excellent service and thoughtful preparation. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

If you have a small car you might be able to find some free parking in the streets closed by. Just down by the road you have a restaurant if you wish to stay close to the accommodation. The connection with the centre is great, but not fast. There is a bus, nr 87 that goes in central town few minutes walking distance and it takes about 15 min to the Colosseum. The host has extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
