Parking was easy, just 15€ for 24 hours right near the flat. The area is full of great restaurants, and Ortigia itself is such a stunning old town. This apartment is truly the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Ortigia.

Would love to stay again for sure. Breakfast was very good. Stuff also very professional! Adorable little hotel! Definitely one of the good surprises on our travel!

Kindness of the staff (besides of recommend good restaurants they made the reservation for me) Excelent location (very close to the historic center, very good restaurants and the port to take the ferry to the islands) Very good breakfast Very comfortable room

The grounds, the villa, the rooms and the host were all amazing. We had to leave for an early flight and Paolo made us a delicious early breakfast. It is like a garden of eden and our room was so spacious and beautiful and comfortable. All within a couple of blocks of the town of Carini where we had a delicious lunch at La Carlo's and pizza for dinner.

AC works very well. Super friendly staff. Nice and fresh cakes offered on the morning plus good coffee. Really nice place and top location ! Very nice and chill garden terrace
