He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel completely at home. The place is small but very comfortable and has everything you might need for a short stay including a washing machine, hair drier and shampoo. There was also some simple breakfast provided which had some cereal, coffee, ham and cheese, yogurts, juice and pastry. The bed was comfortable with some memory foam pillows. The owner thought of everything a traveller might need on the road :) of and there was AC as well. Parking is on the street, there is no designated space but it we were able to find a spot and it was free

The apartment couldn’t be more central with convenient parking nearby (underground parking of Piazza Primo Maggio). The flat was very very clean and in great state, its perfect for 2-3 people stays. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner had excellent restaurant suggestions (ask where to get boreto!) and told us about the annual procession to bring the statue of Mary to Barbana, which we would have missed otherwise. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Really well organized and equipped, beautiful apartment close to the city center. The bed is really comfortable! Irina is super helpful and nice. Parking is easy and cheap. For sure, this will be our first choise at our next visit to Udine!
