The dinner at the guesthouse was one of the best we've had so far in Japan (one of the dishes was wild boar and venison). The guesthouse is very spacious and right in the middle of the village.

It was great having a large window to let in the winter sun. It was an easy walk from bus stop 8 on the right loop sightseeing bus. There’s a little mini mart across the road, a good bakery and eateries all about. Walking distance to the museums, garden, castle. Communication from Centre Point Kanazawa was excellent. Highly recommend for the great price.

Wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Very near to restaurants, Family Mart & 7E are just 5 minutes walk. Fuji-Q also just walkable.

I enjoyed having access to a full kitchen. I stayed in two different rooms- I would recommend the one-bed that is adjacent to a garden, very beautiful. This place is especially perfect for solo travellers and couples wanting to keep it low-key, since the walls are made from traditional Japanese paper and sound does travel.
