Wonderful hosts, a beautiful home that was much bigger than expected. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, wonderfully fresh food prepared with care.

Her er gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. the location was great, walkable to the remarkable onsen, castle, and the station. It was spacious and clean. Fully equipped with utensils.

The Nomad Inn Yugejima ligger i Kami-yuge. Her er en have, havudsigt og gratis wi-fi overalt. Wow! The Nomad Inn is fantastic! It is a real taste of old Japan, very nicely renovated to keep charming original features while providing modern comforts. The futon were really comfortable and the aircon was more than strong enough to keep us cool on a very hot day. The surrounding houses also reflect a different and more gentle age. The island is easy to get to with a car on a short (under 10 minutes) and cheap ferry trip from Innoshima, which is connected to the mainland by bridges. The ferry runs every half hour or twenty minutes depending on the time of the day, and the Nomad Inn is close by. Parking is very easy just behind the house. We went to an excellent izakaya in the evening called Aya after a great spa experience at FESPA, both a short drive away. We only stayed for one night as we had a busy itinerary but it would have been a great base to explore the other islands as well since it has a kitchen and washing machine. We hope to come back for a longer stay!

It was like stepping back in time. The host, Maiyu, and her husband were super friendly. They own a cafe downstairs where she serves very delicious traditional dessert. The town itself was lovely as well. It's traditional bedding (so futon on the floor) and even though there was no AC at night, the cross breeze from some of the open windows, as well as the fans, made the room surprisingly cool. No mosquitos either!

松山大街道HOTELさくら- unmanned hotel - ligger i Matsuyama i nærheden af Okaido Shopping Street, Yasaka Temple og Botchan Train Museum og har gratis wi-fi. Good location! Nothing bad to say about this hotel!
