I had no trouble booking a parking spot for my car. To note that check-in is only possible via the Internet as there in no reception desk. Recommend to pre-register online prior to arrival. You will then receive instruction and codes to access your room. Communication was a breeze and we are even able to store our luggage once we checkout out in the morning and came back later for our luggage in the evening before leaving to the airport.
