Traditional room with tatami matting and futon beds which were super comfortable! Location great - 5-10min walk from main part of Higashi Chaya District. 5min walk to Family Mart combine and McDonald’s. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay but they were quick to reply via messaging if we needed anything (mainly recommendations for the area!). We had our luggage shipped to this accommodation from our previous location and arrived all ok.

The location. It's very close to the Castle and Kenroku-en Garden. There's a beautiful park near there for strolling in the morning, which is also a shortcut to Omicho Market. The guesthouse provides all necessary pots and pants for us to cook our little meals, which we bought from the fresh fish market. Perfect!

Very hi tech with 2 toilets a spacious wet room, mini sauna and double sinks. Great for a family or 2 couples. Coffee machine, pods, mochi and drinks were a nice touch. Location was great, only a few mins walk to great restaurants, convenience stores and shops. Self checkin was straightforward, using a pin code at the front door. Apartment is up one flight of stairs which was no trouble for us but if you have mobility issues or multiple heavy bags it may not be suitable. Can’t recommend this place more highly, was so much more spacious than a hotel room! If you’re catching the orange loop bus from the station, it’s about a 10 min walk from the bus stop. There is also a parking bay right opposite the apartment which cost about ¥800 for the day and ¥1200 for overnight. Loved this place 🤩

We spent there only one night, but it was an amazing experience. Everything designed with Japanese modern style. We loved the localization! Our main goal as to visit the museum which is just 1 minute from the apartment.

Everything was perfect: the place was spotless, modern, and felt brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having both a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. The rooms were cozy and spacious. Parking right in front of the door was very convenient. We received a warm welcome and excellent support throughout our stay through our great host.

Location and the size of the property. The property is very centrally located, just 15 minutes walk to the fish market the Kenroku-en and the garden. There are restaurants nearby and also come with a parking just across the street which was very handy. The host always responds my message in a minute, which was very good. Also, the house even did not look very big outside, it was actually very big, I love the setting of the bathroom. As we have an elderly travelling with us, it was so difficult to find a property that has bedroom downstairs.
