The property was handy to Nippombashi Station, about an 8 minute walk which was very doable with carry on suitcases. We checked in with no problem. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It was easy to get around from the location and there were many restaurants and Family Marts, 7-11s close by. We loved the large walk in closet, the kitchen and the washer. We highly recommend!

We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.

The property is 1.9 km from the city centre and less than 1 km from Tosa Inari Shrine. Location is great for Osaka, but also for day trips within the area. We also liked the small kitchen and the balcony with a direct view on the river.

The room is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.
