The customer service was really exceptional and they go above and beyond with all our inquiries and request. Timely answer for our questions was something commendable. The place is strategically located to subway stations, restaurant and convenient store (7-elevn). This property is good for family, we were all 6 and the room was big. Beds are all double bed which made it more comfortable for all of us.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. We usually walk to Namba and Tennoji, while places like Umeda are easily accessible by the loop line or subway. I’m already missing the authentic Osaka scenery from the balcony. Definitely looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Good position close enough to transports. You'll find in the place everything you need for a conforatble turistic staying. I particularly liked the calm neighbourhood which is outside the stress of the citycentre. nearby we had best breakfast and best sushi restaurant in the vacation

Wow, only good words for this facility. Check in is very simple. Automated self check-in but contact with staff is very easy and with a fast response time, flawless english too. Room is simply amazing and everything you need is provided. The style is exactly what youd expect of Japan, very feng shui and with those sliding paper doors that i think of when i think of Japan. Bed was great, smart tv.. etc etc etc. Very close to the metro line that takes you to e.g. namba, dotonbori. 10/10
