There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.

The location was also convenient — a decent walk or quick tuk tuk ride to the beach, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a gym just two buildings down that guests can use for a small fee. Overall, a really positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun terrace. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We stayed only one night The manager Mr. Dayan and Deve are on their best on helping out on every expect. Very clean and well maintained room. No disturbance and away from the main road. It was delightful stay for my family. Only request is that need more clear signs to the property specifically at night.

The host responded very quickly through the Booking.com app, which made communication smooth and easy. Mr. Nihal, who welcomed us at the apartment, was also very kind and helpful. My husband even said we should have stayed here longer instead of spending 4 days in Colombo — that’s how much we enjoyed it. The apartment looks new and is well-maintained. We booked the Deluxe Double room with a balcony, and it was perfect. There were two small bottles of water, two bath towels, and toilet paper provided. The shared kitchen and bathroom are clean and fully functional — though we didn’t have to share at all, as we were the only guests in the apartment, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. 😊 One feature we really appreciated was the private entrance to our room — it gave us extra privacy. The apartment is along the main road of the subdivision, so you’ll hear some tuktuks and vehicles during the day, but it didn’t affect our sleep at all in the night. For us, it's definitely okay. I also did laundry as soon as we arrived. It's just outside of our room. I only had a bit of an issue at first how to make it work, especially the faucet, but I figured it out eventually. And there's clothes drying rack provided, which was super helpful. My husband was cooking our late lunch in the kitchen while I was doing the laundry. So honestly, we really felt like we were just at home. 😊 We highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and that warm, homey vibe. #couplefrom🇵🇭 #OFW🇲🇻
