We spent the most AMAZING time here!! Our stay was luxurious and comfortable! Everything was as described! The owner is responsive, if we needed anything he is easy to contact, checked on whether everything is alright and sent a person to help finding our accommodation. It's sad that we only were able to stay one night here because this apartment was very affordable & felt like home, for the price you get more than what you seek. In this apartment we got two air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, the bedrooms were very clean and very comfortable with fresh sheets,pillows and towels, the bathrooms were spotless, had hot water, soap and toilet paper, there's a cupboard and a balcony in one room and both had dressing tables with cloth racks. One air conditioned living room with a terrace and a dining table. A kitchen with all the amenities (Everything is avaliable as per the description including garbage disposal bags etc.), access to the swimming pool (the swimming pool was AMAZING), the apartment is very easy to access. We will definitely go back here for an extended stay. Because this is the ideal place if you are looking for a comfortable stay near kahathuduwa area. You have security, privacy, luxury, comfort, peace etc.. Truly exceptional.

The owner is such an amazing guy, it was a unplanned stip at Seascape Villa, but after having a conversation with Lasitha, it seemed like i had this planned for along time. He is a perfect host with a great smile and with great service which he is always willing to go out of the way. A great guy and a perfect example of how great customer service goes a long way. He knows all the good spots for food and will even help you with shopping. The rooms has eveything you need and the beach is not more than 100 meters away. Aweome place for couples and solo travelers. I would recomend his place as a go to place to understand Sri Lankan Hospitality. I wish him all the very best.

It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Sahani Villa ligger i Aluthgama, 48 km fra Mount Lavinia Bus Stand, 6 minutters gang fra Kande Viharaya Temple og 2,3 km fra Aluthgama Railway Station. Sahani Villa was fantastic. So clean and set away in a nice quite area. The owners and their family were really nice. Owner drove us around in his tuk tuk free of charge. Breakfast were amazing. So much food. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Villa.
